D Green Tree Care
I have passionately and successfully been in the arboricultural industry for over 22 years. I founded my business in 2022 after returning back to my home county, from living working in New Zealand for the previous 12 years. Before moving to New Zealand, I built my knowledge of trees and vegetation by completing the National Diploma in Arboriculture and Forestry, and the Foundation Degree in Arboriculture at Myerscough College. I have worked for various companies to build on my experience and knowledge in England.
During my time in New Zealand, I held various roles within the public and private sectors. This included working closely with local councils to maintain their tree population and working with residential clients assisting them to make beneficial decisions for their trees and themselves.
I have been a professional member of the Arboricultural Association since 2022. Being a member of the Arboricultural Association ensures that I keep up to date with the latest changes in the industry and allows me access to learning resources to further my knowledge.

At D Green Tree Care, we offer a range of comprehensive tree and vegetation services, working to the British Standard for Tree Work BS3998:2010.
What is BS3998?
BS3998 is the British Standard for Tree work – Recommendations. The latest version was published in 2010 and covers details of how tree surgery works should be carried out.
This includes the management of trees and overgrown hedges taking into consideration the environment they grow in.
